We have experience with creation of web presentations, information portals and with creation and implementation of company aplications. Our consultants are at your disposal already when you intend to realise a new system or to implement any of our products. Analytic work

New requirements and looking for solutions how to realise new business and organisation models by setting of our systems – that is analyst´s work. We dispose of a team of analysts, including specialised roles of business process analyst, system analyst and solution architect.

While implementing system, data which allow the transmission into a new structure are by a single application individually transmitted. Whenever during the application life we are ready to eliminate difficult data re-writing which already exist in an electronic form.

Training

The training icludes above all the training of users after a system implementation or the training of new comming users. It also includes an illustration of the work with the system and information how to apply your business and organisation models in our systems, usually also presentation, discussion, practical exercises and final exams.

E-learning

When the system implementation is voluminous we are prepared to provide you with the training in a correspondence form and an on-line discussion with a trainer. The users are tought in the form of access to interactive web sites and do their own operations in the beta version of a system, step by step according to instructions in each lesson. A part of materials describing the instructions is at their dispose all the time. The advantage is that it is not neccessary to travel to the place of training, everyone can progress as it is convenient, is trained in his/her workplace and can adjust his/her time schedule to his/her work.

Graphic design, re-design

Graphic designs and creation of new web presentations and banners are made by our own and also external graphic designers. All the graphic designs respect technological possibilities. We make use of modern trends in the ergonomy of web sites and systems. Our graphic designers are not only common designers but also experienced marketing consultants. That is why there is a meeting with a customer before each larger project where we ensure the aim of a presentation, the target group, present experience of a customer and his/her marketing strategy.

Planning and monitoring of advertising campaign on the Internet

The advertising campaign is not only about publishing graphic designs and waiting for the final efect. The Internet allows to plan, observe, and continuously modify campaigns. The key to a successful management of a campaign is continuous and detailed monitoring of current status, of how many users from which campaign or from which key word have visited the web site, what have they done there and off course the most important parameter – how many visits have changed into a successful business – so called conversion. We will provide you with all instruments needed for these activities and in the beginning also with consultations.

Data outsourcing

Taking into account the seasonality of some processes we offer people trained in information systems according to the framework M2G who are able to fill in basic and also more sophisticated agendas with data. The contract and calculation entry in the form of outsourcing enables a quicker analytic and methodical consultations in case that there are more ways how to entry data and only one way is the optimal one. This service is favourable above all by implementing a new system when a large quantity of data combined with inexperienced operators can cause problems with the system implementation.
