The realisation of a system for acreditation of journalists and delegates which allows them to attend events concerning the Czech presidency in EU enters in the second stage – testing of the already created system. This system was submitted one week in advance although another large-scale module for hall reservation and management had been added.

The reservation system is>tour for a travel agency specialised in sight-seeing tours was launched. After 3 months of implementation work the reservation system enters in. Just after launching of the reservation system also a new web presentation with a full-value on-line reservation should be launched.

We participate in the winning solution in the government selection procedure concerning reservation system and provision of accommodation of participants and delegates attending nearly 400 events which take place on the occasion of the Czech presidency in EU. The reservation system will be based on the platform M2G and is>tour and a long year partner of our company - the company Guarant International will be responsible for the accommodation provision.

The company MagicWare won in the government selection procedure with its solution for the acreditation system for the Czech presidency in EU in the first half of the year 2009. This system shall ensure acreditation of journalists, delegations, security audits of participants, provision of person and car security identification. A part of the tender was to suit the system to the presidency, to equip the workplaces where plastic identific cards are printed, and finally the maintainance of the helpdesk system during the whole presidency. The company MagicWare prevailed over big Czech and foreign companies. The biggest strength was the quality. The submitting of the system into a test operation is planned for the first quarter of the year 2008.

This reservation system is created in two weeks which is record time, the training and finishing of a web presentation lasts for cca one month. The system is launched in a combination of the reservation system + web presentation with a full-value on-line reservation.

The operation of the reservation system is>tour and a new web presentation for the travel agency ALEX is launched. This travel agency with cca 25,000 dispatched customers is characterised by its individual access to marketing activities and its sophisticated structure of discounts and commissions. The provision and maintainance of such a complicated structure is a crucible for the CMR is>tour and presentation system M2G.
